Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid places on events and trainings booked through our website. It should be read with our Terms of Service and Payments & Pricing Policy.

2. If you cancel

Refunds depend on how much notice you give before the start date of the event or training, counted in calendar days:

• 14 days or more before the start: full refund, less a small administration fee.
• 7 to 13 days before the start: 50% refund.
• Fewer than 7 days before the start, or if you do not attend: no refund.

To cancel, email info@pac.africa with your booking reference. The date we receive your email is the date of cancellation.

3. Sending someone in your place

You may substitute another delegate at any time, at no charge, by emailing us the new attendee's name and email address before the event. The new attendee receives their own ticket and the original ticket stops working.

4. If PAC cancels or reschedules

If we cancel an event or training, or move it to a date you cannot attend, you can choose either:

• a full refund of what you paid, including VAT; or
• a transfer of your booking to another date or event.

We will give you at least 7 days' notice where we reasonably can. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you paid to third parties.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the method used to pay (for PayPal payments, to the same PayPal account) and normally arrive within 14 days of us approving the refund. Your bank or PayPal may take additional time to show it.

6. Changes to this policy

The "Last updated" date at the top shows when this policy was last revised. A booking is governed by the version that applied on the day you booked.
