Prices are in US dollars and 16% VAT is added at checkout. You can pay by PayPal, or ask us for an invoice and bank transfer details.
1. Prices and currency
Prices on our website are in US dollars (USD) per seat and do not include VAT. The VAT-inclusive total is shown before you pay.
2. VAT
VAT at 16% is added to the listed price at checkout. The total you pay is the listed price plus VAT, and it appears on your confirmation and receipt.
3. How you can pay
- PayPal: you are sent to PayPal's secure page to pay. We never see or store your card or PayPal login details.
- Invoice and bank transfer: available on request. Email training@pac.africa with your booking reference and we will send an invoice and bank details.
4. When your place is confirmed
A place is reserved when you book and confirmed when payment is received. Your ticket and QR code are issued once payment is confirmed. Seats booked on invoice are held for the period stated on the invoice.
5. Refunds, cancellations and changes
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may correct a price that was shown by obvious error before your booking is confirmed.
