About This Event

In today's competitive financial landscape, success isn't just about technical expertise, it's about a culture that drives performance and a leadership team that can connect, inspire, and adapt. This intensive 2-day experiential program gives banking professionals the practical tools to build stronger client relationships, lead high-performing teams, and navigate workplace challenges with emotional agility. Emotionally intelligent leaders in banking generate momentum, build trust, and inspire commitment. A bank's strategy is only as effective as the emotional culture of its people, so emotional intelligence should not be a one-time training event, but a continuous effort to align people, behaviours and values with the bank's strategic direction. The goal is to integrate emotional intelligence into leadership, culture, and client service.

Day 2

EI in leadership & team management
